A lone girl, chosen as a sacrifice by the people of her village. It was an attempt to appease a beautiful yet fierce demon god. Our heroine, though prepared to be devoured, suddenly found herself living in the god's mountaintop home.. For ten years, the pair lived peacefully together as a sort of family. The god had raised her, protected her, and so she had grown to trust him completely. But one day, a traveler arrived on the mountain. A single word from this traveler was enough to make the girl break one of her promises... the promise that she'd never set foot off the mountain. This sent the god into a rage. He hadn't raised her to disobey him. How could she do such a thing? In his mind, there was only one thing to do now... And she was about to discover just how deeply-rooted his affections truly were.
